D鈥橸ouville Offers Tuition Discounts Through Corporate Partnership Program

Buffalo, New York 鈥 May 27, 2021 鈥 D鈥橸ouville has launched a Corporate Partnership Program to help local businesses offer generous educational benefits to their employees and their families.

Corporate Partners will be eligible to offer their employees, their spouse, and dependents a 10% tuition reduction. The program is available to any company with 100 or more employees and is completely free.鈥

鈥淎s we start to emerge from the COVID-19 pandemic, one of the challenges companies are facing is attracting and retaining employees. Our Corporate Partners will be able to offer their employees a terrific benefit of reduced tuition not only for their employees, but their families as well,鈥 said Jeremiah Grabowski, D鈥橸ouville鈥檚 dean of online learning.

鈥淪tudies show that U.S. businesses lose more than $1 trillion each year due to employee turnover,鈥 Grabowski said. 鈥淗owever, companies that offer educational benefits save $1.29 for every $1 invested.

D鈥橸ouville is ranked the No. 1 private university in Western New York according to U.S. News and World Report, is rated a top choice for veterans, and has the highest post-graduate salaries of any local college.

The Corporate Partnership Program offers discounts for both bachelor鈥檚 and master鈥檚 degree programs, with the exception of Physician Assistant and Nurse Practitioner graduate programs.

Additionally, D鈥橸ouville has partnered with Peanut Butter, an employee benefit program, which offers student loan assistance as a benefit. 鈥淭raditional benefits have lost relevance to young workers. Health insurance and retirement plans seldom sway employees鈥 decisions to join or stay with a company,鈥 said David Aronson, CEO of Peanut Butter. 鈥淲ith Peanut Butter鈥檚 comprehensive Student Loan Assistance platform, employees receive the resources to manage their student loans and employers can seamlessly contribute to the repayment of student debt.鈥

D鈥橸ouville recently added student loan assistance as a benefit to its own employees, and all program partners automatically receive a percentage off all fees during the first year of service with Peanut Butter.
