D鈥橸ouville University Student Interact with Top Regional Employers in Spring Career Fair

D鈥橸ouville University   hosted one of its signature events on April 9: the Spring 2025 Job and Internship Career Fair. With strong student turnout, the fair brought many of Western New York鈥檚 most recognizable employers to the university campus.

Nearly 150 students turned out for the spring fair, including many residential campus students as well as online students where nearly 30 regional companies were in attendance including BestSelf Behavioral, Lattimore Physical Therapy, M&T Bank, The McGuire Group, WellNow Urgent Care, among many others. The event featured free pizza, coffee, and other snacks sponsored by the Career and Professional Engagement Center.

The fair was open to all D鈥橸ouville students across all majors. The event was sponsored by, , ,, and the  Officer Program (Western New York and Pennsylvania).

鈥淎t D鈥橸ouville University, we prioritize early student engagement and meaningful employer partnerships as we develop opportunities that lead to meaningful internships and career after graduation,鈥 said Christine Demcie, Director of the Career and Professional Engagement Center.

D鈥橸ouville鈥檚 career services is a leader in Western New York for providing a range of career counseling and professional development programming to ensure that students are career-ready and have the skills employers are looking for in top candidates. The class of 2023 First Destination Survey review found that 98% of D鈥橸ouville graduates were employed or continuing their education six months from graduation.

D鈥橸ouville鈥檚 Career and Professional Engagement Center also offers employer partners a focused recruiting experience that introduces recruiters to talented students that represent the very best of Western New York and the region.
